We do not accept returns or exchanges.
PROCESSING TIME
We ship within 3-5 business days of your order date. Please email us if your order is time sensitive and we'll try to arrange a quicker shipment. Thank you for your patience.
MISSING PACKAGE
Once your package enters the system of the shipping provider, your package is out of our hands and we cannot be held responsible for any lost or missing packages.
With this in mind, please ensure you are shipping your order to a secure address. If your package is missing, we suggest checking with neighbors who may have received the package, while contacting your local post office.
Please email us if the package does not turn up, and we will file a claim with the shipping provider.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during shipping, contact us within 3 days of the delivery date with your order number and a photo of the product(s) and packaging, so that we can evaluate and remedy the issue.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Please contact us if you'd like to place an order to another country, with a list of the item(s) you'd like to purchase, and we will follow up with availability.
International orders are subject to additional taxes and customs duties. We are not responsible for taxes and duties imposed by your country. Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer to pay upon delivery of the order.
